Q: What's your minimum order quantity?

A: Our MOQ is 300 pieces per design, if quantity is bigger,and the price is lower.

Q: Can I put my design logo on the products? Can i customize package?

A: Sure, we can print the logo by heat transfer,silk-screen printing, silicone gel etc; we can also do packing like boxes, PP bag
with color card insert or any other customized designs.

Q: What's your sample policy and lead time?

A: We request sample fee, but the sampling charge to be refundable If bulk order placed. It will take around one week for sample making.

Q: What's the production lead time?

A: As you want to customize your product, if fabric is ready, it will take about 15-30 days for quantity < 10000; if fabric has to be customized, usually it will take another 30 days.

Q: What's your payment terms? What trading term do you accept?

A: We accept T/T, pay pal, credit card payment, trade Assurance.
