Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: intimates and lingerie, swimwear, pierced jewelry, and items marked as final sale.
